Some things I enjoy...

  • evenings about connection and community

  • heightened theatricality and hyper-naturalism

  • intimacy within epic stories / simple stories with great resonance

  • ensemble-driven storytelling and actor-musicianship

  • unapologetic earnestness in the face of cynicism

  • childlike wonder, whimsy, and hand-crafted worlds

  • moments that feel like a magic trick

  • intentional resourcefulness under the guise of limitation

  • a well-defined theatrical language

  • the event of it all...
